1. Who we are

Viros Tennis is based in Riga, Latvia. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through virostennis.com.

2. What we collect

Order data (name, shipping address, email, phone), payment metadata (processed by our payment provider — we never store full card numbers), language preference, and basic device/browser data for site analytics.

3. Why we collect it

To fulfill your orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping updates, tracking), comply with tax and consumer-law obligations, and improve the storefront.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, traffic sources, anonymized IP). Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies.

5. Cookies

Required cookies keep the cart and language working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are optional and only loaded with your consent. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

6. Sharing

We share data only with processors needed to deliver the service: payment provider, courier (Omniva / DPD), email provider, and Google Analytics. They act under data-processing agreements.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you may access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to processing. Write to hello@virostennis.com to make a request — we respond within 30 days.

8. Retention

Order records are kept for the period required by Latvian accounting law (currently 5 years). Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
