1. Acceptance

By accessing virostennis.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & pricing

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and modify product specifications without prior notice.

3. Orders

An order is binding only after we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details on our servers.

5. Warranty

Each Nuclea racket carries a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal training use.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Latvian law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
